Capabilities
Our team’s in-house complete forming capability, CAD, CAM, laser cutting, state-of-the-art welding, and CMM inspection produce consistency and flexibility into our metal processing. We employ numerous innovative techniques, coupled with advanced technologies and procedures, to ensure our customers’ products make it to market on time and within specifications. We pride ourselves on our on-time delivery, and are experts in producing your highest-quality parts within a specified time.
CAD Capabilities
Our preference is originating native format whenever possible. The CAD Software we use is Catia, Powershape, and Spaceclaim. Readable data formats include: Unigraphics (with NX9.0 parts), IGES, CATIA V4 and V5R22 (with V5 solids), SolidWorks (2010 parts), Parasolid, AutoCAD (including 2013), STEP, ACIS V24, and SpaceClaim 2014.
