Quality Inspection
We employ two state-of-the-art CMM Machines and a Laser Scanner to collect data and provide electronic reporting. Auto Metal Craft uses PC-DIMIS reporting software from Hexagon Metrology. MIG and resistance welding electronic data recording assures assembly weld integrity and lot traceability. IMDS reporting, service part PPAP, and pictorial inspection outputs enhance our complete and thorough inspection data submissions.
